Logistics Manager

Position Job Scope including, but not limited to:

• Oversee shipping operations; design, scale and optimize the processes of organizing shipments, coordinating drivers, loads, and journeys
• Lead and manage the logistics and distribution operations team – both internal and external; ensure the delivery of best-in-class team performance against indicators in logistics operations
• Ensure the efficient and effective resource arrangements and allocations in transport planning and delivery management system
• Track. monitor, and report the logistics operations performance on timely basis; ensure the excellent record-keeping of logistics performance and costs data.
• Scale the transport and delivery area coverage efficiently according to business growth plan requirements
• Coordinate across functions (internal and external) and various stakeholders to ensure strong alignment to support business goals, objectives, and initiatives

Qualification Requirements:

• At least 5 years of experience in Logistics Management, relevant educational background in Logistics/Supply Chain Management is preferable
• Process-oriented, meticulous with strong analytical skill, and able to quickly adapt to change
• Strong leadership skill, excellent communication and data-driven decision-making skills

Excellent negotiation skill

• Strong knowledge/experience in transport planning and fleet management system is preferable
