Business Process Associate

Position Job Scope including, but not limited to:

• Map current business process to make sure its formally documented, mainly but not limited to: post-order journey
• Gather and examine feedback on process performance from users
• Assess area of intervention of current business process to improve its efficiency and effectiveness
• Design and drive the development of new business process strategies, policies, and guidelines, working closely with commercial and product team
• Support on trial and monitoring of business process to adhere to new company policies and procedure
• Continuously iterate business process with commercial and product team to ensure a smooth and scalable daily process

Qualification and Skill Requirements:

• Good knowledge of business process analysis
• Demonstrate strength in structured and critical thinking
• Having product and tech knowledge is favorable
• Demonstrate leadership and ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders
• Excellent communication, both verbal and written
• You are autonomous to get things done
• Capability to prioritize optimisation plan based on the degree of * impact and capacity of relevant stakeholders
• At least 1 year of experience
