Job Description
- Strategizing data-driven decision-making to align our business OKR and drive higher productivity
- Doing initiatives/research across related stakeholders and measure the impact of every initiative
- Utilizing statistical knowledge to deep dive into complex data sets and draw insights to help the business understand the solutions
- Proactively address challenges, create and monitor performance metrics to convey insights to stakeholders
- Managing both a small team and cross-functional projects with our sales, project, operations, product, engineering, business operations and BD teams to improve the user experience and achieve targets
- Engage DA/BI to create dashboards that help with manual work and regular reporting
- Pick up and run ad-hoc analysis independently
- Lead communications across teams within BU to ensure a common understanding of business and operational metrics
